Shipping policy

We currently deliver to UK addresses only, using InPost.

Delivery options and cost

InPost Locker: £2.99. We'll send your order to the InPost Locker nearest your delivery address, and InPost will text you a code to collect it. You'll have 3 days to collect it once it arrives. Would you rather use a different locker, for example one near work? Email us at seaspongeco@gmail.com with your order number and the locker you'd like, before we post your order.

InPost home delivery: £3.99. Delivered to your door.

Free delivery on all orders of £30 or more, whichever option you choose.

Dispatch

We aim to pack and send orders within 3 working days. You'll get a tracking link from InPost once your order is on its way.

Packaging

Every sponge is sent in our stamped gift box with a care card.

Problems with delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email us at seaspongeco@gmail.com and we'll look into it with InPost.
